Welcome to Ageless by Prim. By booking an appointment, using our services, or interacting with our platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Ageless by Prim is a corporation based in Lethbridge, Alberta, offering wellness services including Hormone Replacement Therapy, Metabolic Health & Weight Loss, Physical Health, Sexual Health, and Skin Health & Aesthetics.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online through our third-party booking platform or in person. We require at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or in person to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
3. Waivers & Consent
All clients are required to complete a waiver and/or consent form prior to receiving services. These forms ensure you understand the scope and nature of the treatments provided.

All service payments are completed in person. Product sales are handled through our separate Shopify store and follow Shopify’s terms and policies. We do not accept payments through our website.

You may be required to create an account through our third-party booking platform to manage appointments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
7. Communications
By booking a service or signing up for updates, you agree to receive occasional email communications from us via Klaviyo. You may unsubscribe at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ageless by Prim is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our services or products, except as required by law. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program or treatment.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online through our third-party booking platform or in person. We require at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or in person to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Emails or text messages sent through our cloud-based software are not considered valid forms of cancellation.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

4. Returns & Refunds (Retail Products)
We offer testers to help you choose the right product. If you need to return a product:
- Returns are accepted within two weeks for unused products in brand-new condition.
- Used products are not eligible for return.
- If you experience a reaction or sensitivity, please visit us to complete a sensitivity form—we will issue a full refund upon review.
- Store credit issued for retail purchases may not be applied toward services.
